wvOASIS and FMIS Interface Status Definitions

wvOASIS CAS and CAM Interface Status Definitions

Project changes submitted to wvOASIS through a CAS or CAM will affect the Project Status of a project as they progress through the interface cycle.

Definitions for the possible CAS and CAM statuses are below:

Status	Definition
Ready for CAS	A Hub user has readied the project to be added to wvOASIS through the CAS interface.
CAS Sent	The CAS interface has picked up this project to process to wvOASIS.
CAS Successful	The project has successfully been added to wvOASIS through the CAS interface.
CAS Rejected	The project was unable to be added to wvOASIS through the CAS interface.
Ready for CAM	A Hub user has readied the project to be modified in wvOASIS through the CAM interface.
CAM Sent	The CAM interface has picked up project changes to process to wvOASIS.
CAM Successful	The project has successfully been modified in wvOASIS through the CAS interface.
CAM Rejected	The project was unable to be modified in wvOASIS through the CAS interface.

 

FMIS Interface Status Definitions

Federal Project changes submitted to FMIS through the FMIS interface with affect the FMIS Status of a Phase or Change Request record.

Definitions for the possible FMIS statuses are below:

Status	Definition
N/A	This phase or change request was determined to not require FMIS approval.
Ready	A Hub user has readied a Federal project to be added or modified in FMIS through the FMIS interface, with partial signatures.
Submitted	The FMIS interface has picked up the Federal project to add or modify in FMIS.
Failed	The Federal project was unable to be added or modified in FMIS due to an interface error.
Pending	The FMIS interface has successfully processed this Federal project add or modification in FMIS, with partial signatures. It is now awaiting the final signature of a WVDOH FMIS user, followed by approval of an FHWA FMIS approver.
Approved	A FMIS approver has approved this Federal project add or modification and the response has been updated in Hub.
Rejected	A FMIS approver has rejected this Federal project add or modification and the response has been updated in Hub.
Review	A Hub user has readied a Federal project to be added or modified in FMIS through the FMIS interface, without signatures.
Review in Progress	The FMIS interface has successfully processed this Federal project add or modification in FMIS, without signatures.
Reject-Unsign	A request to unsign the Federal Project version in FMIS.
Reject-Unsign-Submitted	The FMIS interface has picked up the request to unsign the Federal Project version in FMIS.
Reject-Delete	The FMIS interface has processed the unsign request and is processing the deletion of the Federal Project version in FMIS.
