Indicates the responsible program manager and scheduling coordinator. This is a two-character value. The first character represents the program manager and the second character represents the scheduling coordinator. For example; F0. |

Responsible Division: |
Defines the division that is responsible for the project. For example; Engineering, Planning, Programming etc. |
|
County: |
The county that the project is associated with. For a project that spans multiple counties, this will be the sourcing county. For example; 03: Boone. There are also choices for district wide projects (89 through 90) and 99 for Statewide projects. |

District: |
The District associated with the county. This is a read only field and is inferred once you select the county. For example; 01: District 1 |
|
Responsible District: |
This is district responsible for oversight. When you select the county, it infers the same value that is in the “District” field. However, you can update it to the respective district responsible for the oversight if it is different than the inferred value. For example; 02: District 2 |

Development Responsible: |
Indicates the development responsibility for the project. This is up to a three-character code. Following are a few examples: DD - Engineering Division DR - Right of Way Division DT - Traffic Engineering Division OM - Operations Division RP - Transportation Planning Division CP – Program Administration Division Etc. |

Development Section: |

Identifies the location of the project as either Rural, Urban (5000- 49,999 population) and Urbanized (greater than 50,000) |

CRTS?: |
You can select Yes/ No/ Unspecified. This is to designate routes that are identified as a Coal Resource Transportation System road. |

Sign System: |
This field is required but since not all projects will exist on the Road Inventory Log, the drop down contains selections which may not be an actual Sign System Route you find in the Route Segment tab. The choices in the Sign System section of the Project Identification tab are:

Indicates the work type and facility type. Used as the first 2 digits of account numbers as assigned by Program Administration Division. For Example; 40: Rest Area Maintenance; 03 : Other Port Authority |

Primary Construction Code: |
Indicates the construction code for the project. For example; 01 - Construct New Road; 18 - Repair Damage/Remove Debris |

Other Construction Codes: |
This field supplements the Primary Construction Code data and provides you the ability to select more than just one code, so you are not limited to just one choice. For example, you can select “10 - Stabilize” and also select “13 – Pave (Surface Treatment)” and “61 – Guardrail.” You can also delete a code you have selected by mistake by simply clicking on the x by the choice you want to delete. |

Project Worksheet Number |
Use this field to enter a Project Worksheet Number. This field can have up to 15 characters. It can only be edited by users with the hub.fema.coordinator role. When a change is made to this field, a warning is shown indicating that the change will be applied to all phases and change requests for the project. |

Project Asset: |
This identifies the type of asset that is being worked on. You can select between Roadway, Bridge and Other. |

New Bridge?: |
This flag marks the bridge selected as a new bridge. Marking this will keep the Primary NBI Bridge field blank. This field is only displayed if Project Asset is set to Bridge. This box should only be checked if it a new bridge without a NBI (National Bridge Inventory) number and has not existed before, so if you are replacing a bridge, this box should not be checked. |

Primary NBI Bridge: |
This field will need to be populated if Project Asset is set to Bridge. If the project does not contain a route, you will have to fill a value in manually, otherwise this gets inferred when you add a route segment. For example; 00000000003A001 |

Family Code: |
Used primarily for major projects where sequential PE phases and multiple construction projects are for the common objective of constructing, reconstructing, or upgrading of a route or section of a route. Any group of projects that is similar in terms of scope or purpose. Can also be used to refer to the entire group of projects that constitutes the current multi-year work plan. (This is also referred to as the Transportation Improvement Program, or TIP.). For example; E099 - Other; EFEM - E-FEMA |

Program Type: |
This is an OASIS Rollup for reporting purposes. It may or may not be used in the future. It is based on a crosswalk that ties to the Functional System. |

TAMP Classification |

Participating Funds?: |
This switch is used to indicate whether the funding line you are setting up is Participating or Non-Participating. By default, this slider is set at "No" which indicates a Non-Participating funding line. Slide this slider to "Yes" to indicate a participating funding line. |

Total Phase/CR Cost: |
This field indicated the Total Phase Cost. This value is inferred from the phase tab. |
|
Federal Project?: |
This field is read-only. It is selected based on whether the associated phase is a participating phase. |
|
AC Conversion: |
This checkbox is available if the 'Participating Funds' slider is marked as "YES". It is available for new or existing priorities. This is disabled if Advanced Construction Participation % is greater than 0. |
|
Remaining Allowable Allocation: |
This field indicates how much funding on the Phase is remaining to allocate. If no amount has been allocated for this phase previously, then this amount will equal Phase Cost. As funds are allocated, this number will be reduced by the amount allocated. You will not be able to allocate more funds than are remaining. |
|
Toll Credit?: |
This checkbox is available if the 'Participating Funds' slider is marked as "YES". Once selected, the user is presented with a new section - Toll Credit. |
|
Bridge Credit?: |
This checkbox is available if the 'Participating Funds' slider is marked as "YES". Once selected, the user is presented with a new section - Bridge Credit. |

Increment by 3? Increment by 5?: |
After selecting a Phase or CR, you must then indicate a priority for the funding line. The Hub gives you the option to increment the priorities by 3 or 5. The default is an increment of 5. |
|
CR No. (Change Request No.). |
After indicating if the funding line is Participating or Non-Participating, you must then select the Phase or CR number for the funding line. To do this, click the CR No. dropdown. This dropdown displays selections for any Phases or Change Requests (CR) added for this Phase. A Phase is indicated by the number 0. CRs are listed in sequential order, starting at 1. If you have already fully funded a change request (including the original phase), these numbers will no longer be available to you to select. |

Priority: |
Once you have determined the desired increment, click the Priority dropdown to select a priority. If a priority has already been selected previously, then it will not be available for selection in this dropdown. If any lines are removed, the priority order will be reset to remove the deleted funding line. It is also possible to change to 'increment by 5' after multiple lines have been created to 'increment by 3'. The application will automatically determine the increments for all of the existing funding lines. |

Current Priority Total: |
Once a priority has been selected, the Current Priority Total field will be populated. This field sums all of the allocated funding for the given priority. This is possible when there a change requests that are added (CR 1+) to a phase. |
|
Funding Allocation: |
Once a priority has been selected, you are now ready to indicate the funding allocation for the funding line. To do so, enter the desired funding allocation in the Funding Allocation field. This amount cannot be more than the Remaining Allowable Allocation |

Obligation Date: |
This is the date which references the date the project is obliged to be complete. This is not a required field unless the funding line has Advance Construction Participation. |
|
State: |
This is a read-only field. Based on your selection of the 'State Participation %', this field displays the corresponding dollar amount. |

Federal: |
This is a read-only field. Based on your selection of the 'Federal Participation %', this field displays the corresponding dollar amount. |

TC: |
This is a read-only field. The amount displayed in this field applies towards the federal credit for your project. Based on your selection of the 'Toll Credit %', this field displays the corresponding dollar amount. This field is available only when the 'Toll Credit' checkbox is selected. |

BC: |

You can enter the federal participation percentage in this field. This percentage corresponds to the percentage of federal funds required out of the total allocation for this funding line. Once this field is populated, an Informational message is presented to the user. Users must enter Federal funding Detail lines for the Federal Funding amount. Once this field is populated, the Federal Program/Appropriation Number; CFDA Prefix; CFDA Suffix are editable for the user.
